Amy Mosbacher:

I am originally from Long Island, NY and have been enjoying the natural beauty & creative spirit of Ulster County through friends & family for many years. My family and I eventually made the trip here a permanent one. So whether you are looking to be a weekender or a full-timer, I have a unique understanding of your needs from both perspectives. Selling real estate in beautiful Ulster County and the Mid-Hudson Valley region has been an exciting and fulfilling career. I enjoy every aspect from driving around through the different hamlets and countrysides to helping people through the often stressful process of buying or selling a home or property.

My business partner Jason Iahn and I have formed a strong and successful partnership that has helped us grow, and benefits our clients. My husband Stuart, and I have been together sine 1991 and are raising 2 beautiful daughters in the town of New Paltz. Our girls love to find turtles and frogs in our pond and watch the bunnies and chipmunks run into the woods when they come out of the house in the morning. We love the personality of New Paltz and the surrounding Hudson Valley and enjoy living here greatly.

My personal interests include; photography, gardening, knitting, technology and Green Energy and Building. I am a member of the Duzine/Lenape (New Paltz) PTA and have volunteered on the Duzine Yearbook Committee 2005/06, Duzine/Lenape Newsletter Committee 2005/06 & 2006/07, and Author’s Day for the First Grade 2006/07.

I am also a member of the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce which is in my opinion one of the most active chambers in Ulster County and a wonderful source of information in our area. Professional Accreditations-Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Jason Iahn:

Upon graduating from Ohio University in 1995 with a BFA degree in Sculpture, I worked in several bronze casting art foundries making works for various artists all over the world. After 12 years, I decided to shift to a more social, less physically demanding profession.

I entered into real estate in the year 2001. Since then, I've grown tremendously with the industry expanding my knowledge and insight of the market while achieving top producer, title of Broker Associate and earned my CRS Designation.

My dedication is to work side by side with my clients from start to finish. I love nothing more than to see a happy client on not only closing day, but years later.

My partnership with Amy Mosbacher has expanded my business and our efforts allowing us to service our clients anywhere, anytime.

When not working, I continue to cast bronze for artists, take advantage of our beautiful area by hiking and golfing or just spend relaxing evenings with my family enjoying good food.
